I've posted pics of my Cap figure & statue collection in the past.....
http://www.captain-america.us/messageboard/article690.htm
Now it's time for some posters!
Actually I was just going though some of my stuff and came across some of my Cap posters and thought I should take some photos to share with you guys.
Some of these are in frames that are up on my walls right now, and others are just stored away in the closet.
If you have some Cap posters, prints, etc.. collection, please post pics!
I wanna see what you guys got too.
Pics coming soon......

That's a nice collection. I think my favorite would be the one from '91. Also the Captain America 100 and the one of him fighting Wolverine.

I have a 1990 Captain America movie poster. If you go to wikipedia and look up the 1990 movie, you'll see what it looks like. It's not in mint condition, actually it just has some tack holes in it from when I used to hang it on my wall, other than that, it's in fairly decent shape. Nothing that a frame can't help.
Still debating whether I want to put that up as a possible trade for something. Hmmmmmm

The only Cap poster I got is the Secret Invasion one. And its not the Steve Rogers Captain America, its Bucky wearing his costume. I need to find me another Cap poster for my wall.

Hey Tim, I scanned the comics and had Costco Photo center enlarge em, only $2.99 for a 12 x 18!!
It's printed on prof. photo paper, they came out sweet! Go check out the "Cap Displays" thread, I'll post a few more there of the Batman ones I did.

Hey, does anybody know where I can find some Cap posters? I already tried Amazon, but they didn't have very much.

Well for current or new Cap posters, check out your local comic shop. They probably have a lot of Bucky Cap posters still in stock as he has been the current Cap for a few years now.
As for older posters, well ebay is the place to go.
You can find some nice rare ones at times, and if your lucky no one will be watching the auction and you can get them for cheap.
You mentioned you liked the Cap #100 poster I posted above, I got that at a comic convention.
They gave me their web site though, check it out here.....

I only have the Captain America White poster, waiting on someone to frame it and put it next to my framed Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence I got from the the National Archives. BTW, only $7 apiece for those.

I use to have that Zeck one in the 1980s. I might still have it rolled up somewhere.
I need to get my Steranko montage one framed. I don't have a lot of space left in the computer/library room but that and my Rocketeer posters are the first to go up. __________________

Guys,
I was a huge Captain America fan/collector in the 80s and 90s, but got discouraged and walked away during the Rob Liefeld fiasco.
However, I can't stay away forever, I guess... it's too compelling a concept.
I have a number of posters and collectables not seen for the last decade or so that I'd like to post, if you can walk me through the process. After I get .jpg pics, what do I need to do?
Thanks

Wow I'd love too the posters you got!
To post pictures here you need a place to host your photos. There is plenty of free picture hosting sites online, just choose one and upload your pictures.
I think you can even use the one here at the Cap boards if you like.....
http://captain-america.us/gallery/
Upload your picture in the proper gallery, then open the picture and right click.
There will be a picture url address, copy it and when you post here hit the image button above and paste the url inside the tage. When you hit "post your reply", the photo should show here in the thread.
example....

The Batmans are awesome to but I would love to get some of my Cap books blown up to the 12x18 size.I think that's such an awesome idea if you don't want the sig right on the book itself. I would love to get my Cap #1 vol.4 blown up to that size and maybe a #110 also. Great idea!!!! __________________

Yeah if I get too see Neal Adams again down here in Cali again I want him to sign a few of the comic ones I enlarged.
He goes to SDCC, so I'm hoping to get to go again this year. He doesn't seem attend too many cons outside of SDCC & NYCC.
I'm also thinking of doing some for the next Mike Zeck signing.

They made a poster of the three SECRET WARRIORS covers with Cap and Fury from different eras. The artwork is by Jim Cheung and the poster came out a month or two ago. Here's what the black and white artwork looked like...

Coming soon is a poster for Ron Garney's version of CAPTAIN AMERICA #100 done for the upcoming Tales of Suspense/Cap Omnibus. I think it is one of the better Garney images....

I have the Captain America #111 FOOM Poster
(1969) 12" x 19" Signed by Steranko also. I bought it from a woman whose son had passed. My husband is a big fan of Captain America and I thought it looked cool but the lady didn't know anything about the signature. I found out who it was signed by after some research. Is it a big deal? Or is it worth anything? I'm kinda clueless but it is his Christmas gift so I would like to know a little about it!
