Happy New Year guys!
What's new in the world of Cap!?!?

Here are some Cap related photos of the soon to be released Marvel Universe wave 7 (3.75" figures)

These are definite adds to my collection.  I'm still waiting to find Vision and the Blue Goliath, and at some point Thor with Enchantress is supposed to come out.

TWO machine guns for Bucky!! Love it!!!

BTW, if you haven't picked up your Cap Hallmark ornament from the Hallmark store yet, they are now 75% off.

I didn't know that. Natasha sure gets around, don't she?

What I find interesting here is the HAMMER Logo, I wonder if that suggests that HAMMER will be sticking around after Dark Reign.
Posted:  15 Jan 2010 18:05
I doubt it.  The recent figures have had a SHIELD logo even though it's "defunct."
Posted:  16 Jan 2010 17:01
Can you get these at like Target?
Posted:  17 Jan 2010 13:40
There's a Wolverine figure with a bike.  How come Cap doesn't get a bike?  They could build one of those flying cycles from the Cap and Avengers video game.  If I had time, I can custom build that 70s Cap tv show.

So are those Cap and Bucky Marvel Universe figures out? What store sells them or am I better paying the jacked up prices at Wonder Con this weekend?

They are released, and will be on sale at Wal-Mart, Target, Toys R Us, etc...
Sometimes it takes a while for stores to get them in stock (even though they are released already) because they still have old stock on the shelves.

A while ago I talked to people who ordered the toys at Wal-Mart and Toys R Us stores....
What they told me was that everything was automated in the system, and when they would sell out on the shelves then the computer would automatically order more from the manufacturer.

Many years ago I collected Marvel Legends figures, and all of a sudden my local Toys R Us was completely out of stock. So I kept coming back twice a week for over a month waiting for the new figures to come in. Finally I asked the employee what was the hold up.
He checked on the computer, and it said that they had 2 cases in stock, that's why no new ones came in.
Well what had happened was this...

An employee had stolen 2 cases of Marvel Legends figures and so the system believed the figures to be on still on the shelves not selling. So that's why it wouldn't order any more automatically.
So the store went months without any new Marvel Legends figures till they did inventory and found out what had happened.

Anyways yeah, if you go to your Wal-Mart and they still have old stock Marvel Universe figures in stock, they won't order the new Cap ones till the old stock sells. So that kinda sucks.

If you want the new Cap figures right away you may have to get them at WonderCon.
I would just wait though, it's just a matter of time before they start coming in at he local stores for $8 or so.

It seems I never find the figures at the East Bay stores though. I might do a check in the next day or two before Wonder Con.

Anyone get the Captain America mouse? I was looking on the Things from another World website and Amazon and I don't see one available.

Nice kids PS.

I have the mouse Atomic. It was a Christmas present. Its very small...more of a travel mouse for a laptop. Nothing I would use as a day to day mouse. Looks nice, but small.

Thanks. I thought it might be with the Things from Another World site since that is where I got the keyboard. BTW, TFAW is having a great sale on Marvel Essentials. Many of them are only $5 each. I bought about 7 of them and, with postage, it was under $50. Great deal for filling in those holes.

The reviews look pretty good for it.

"I didn't know that. Natasha sure gets around, don't she?" Stars and Stripes.

Yeah Natasha Romanoff has been booty call to Iron Man, Daredevil, Hercules, Deadpool (see Deadpool/Thunderbolts crossover where she doubled as Yelena Belova) and Captain America (current Bucky Barnes)

If you count Marvel 1602, she got in the sack with Count Otto Von Doom.

Update* I forgot about Next Avengers Animated film when Steve Rogers romped with her and had James (Next Avengers Captain America)

I didn't know that about her and Hercules, but one that you left out was Hawkeye, way back in the 60s.

The Cap and Bucky 3 3/4 inch figures are awesome! One of my friends picked 'em up for me.
