You bet your @$$ I'll that Shiite! Rocky movies, uh, rock!

I have the Rocky theme (Gonna fly now)on my cell, and Eye of the Tiger and Burning Hearts (both by Survivor) on my ipod. They come in really handy when I'm doing 400lbs squats and 125lbs dumbell presses. I'm building some hurting bombs too!

Also, I'd like to pull a real life Rocky, and get my screenplay produced, starring -- STALLONE! Just kidding, starring me. Stallone has enough movies in the can.

Rest assured that my script has plenty of CAP hints filled through out it, even though it's not an action movie or a superhero flick.

I'm pretty sure Santa is going to get me Final Draft (screenwriter software) in my stocking. So I can get off my kester and get writing on my next one already. Well, more like get on my fat kester and get writing.

400lbs squats! Whoa dude that's tough! And I was happy with 325 today. Well maybe after I see Rocky Balboa tomorrow I'll get motivated and work my way up to 400 too.

325 is good, man! You know what REALLY helps heaving the weight? Take off your shoes if you have not already. Trust me on this one. I tried it a few weeks back and I was SO much more stable. I was able to squat more with out having to concentrate on form. Now I do it all the time. I will say though, that my feet were really achy that night, so much so that I was having trouble sleeping and had to ice the bottoms of my feet (do not suggest this by the way). I kept doing it though, and have not had problems since, well, except extremely sore quads, but that what you are looking for, right?

Saw Rocky yesterday, it deserves an Academy Award! The best acting of the series.

Rocky was my hero when i was a child, this man has anything special, he´s the greatest!
When i said the old action heroes of the 80´looked better than some of the new ones i had in my mind the images of MISTER STALLONE training for his ultimate fight. Have no words. Incredible! He looks even better at sixty than he did at thirty!
I enjoyed the filma as when i was a child.
