Modok may be grotesque, but in the later years, he's become kind of funky and wacky.  I missed that Marvel Adventure book where Modoc (C as in Crime, Killing not children friendly) created Avengers versions of itself.
Nowadays, he needs to have a retro/rework and he can become a cool Cap bad guy.

Kind of neat. It's like they used toys but unlike the Marvel vs DC videos the lips move.

Yeah, wonder how many frmes is that, it's a stop motin, like 1500 frames is like 3 min.
Still...It's kinda funny.
