Nice, real nice bro! Thanks for sharing!
I have a few myself, from Ron Lim, Joe Jusko, and a few others.
I think I posted some of my stuff here on the boards before, so they may be around here somewhere. If I come across my pics on my hard drive I'll be sure to share them here.
Again, thanks for posting. I really enjoy seeing others peoples collections.

ooh wow even more Cap art goodness!
Out of the artist you've posted above, I've met Cat Staggs, Arthru Suydam, and Gene Colan.
Because of your NYCC content, I'm guessing you are local to that area?
I live in CA, and I met Gene Colan recently came down as they were honoring him at the comic museum in San Francisco.
While he was here he also did a signing at a local comic shop. He was looking kinda frail and there was a long line so I didn't ask him for a sketch. I wasn't sure if he was even doing them as he was only at the comic shop for a 2 hours. Like I said the line was long too. I did get him to sign a few comic books, and some lithographs. (His Iron Man #1 cover, and a Cap cover litho)
He has aged and still seemed sickly when I met him. His personality was awesome though, real warm and genuine as he met each fan. He would look each person in the eye, shake their hand and graciously thank them for coming to see him. He did that to every person in line, a really great guy and a true legend in the business.
It's just awesome you got a sketch from him bro!!

Those are awesome. I love the original shield. The main guy I use is Jerry Butler. I think its $65 and $10 for shipping. He is doing 3 covers for me right now.Cap #100 being one of them. There is also a guy on ebay who does awesome work. He did the Cap #110 for me and I think he is $40 and $10 for shipping. He has one up now for Buy It Now for $40 but usually they are up for bid and go into the $60 range. I can give you Jerry's email if you want. __________________

Yeah I would like his e-mail, thanks.
I posted my e-mail for you in the CGC thread, please shoot me over en e-mail with the info.
I will let you know about my guy as well. His name is Paul Wisden, his prices are great too.
Of course prices could change with anyone, but he charged me $70 for the Cap/Wolvie art above and it is huge! (22x2
I think the Cap head pencil was $25 (14X17) & the Hulk vs Cap cover was $45 (18x24)
What's also great about him also is he doesn't ask for payment till he's done with the art piece.
He told me it's an incentive for him to finish the job and do it well. Really nice guy!
I like BIG art pieces, and he doesn't mind doing them for me also. I can give you his info when you e-mail me.

The first one is just plain funny!
The second? Looks like Calvin (Calvin and Hobbes), which I like.
These guys are pure artists! I've never seen so much great art before.

The Simpsons Cap was done by Chris Moreno. Its pretty big maybe 14x16 or something close. Awesome artist. He said that he might have landed a job doing a Simpsons comic after someone saw this peice. Hope he did. Trying to think of another Cap piece he can do that would be funny or cover recreation in a funny style. __________________

Agreed, Tim you have some awesome art pieces.
Well I went looking and found a few more pieces to contribute to this thread.
Below are some sketches I got at cons recently.
Some of the artist are Jim Lee, Joe Jusko, Ron Lim.
Also are some art litho prints signed by Gene Colan & another signed by Greg Horn.
Most of these I got at WonderCon in San Francisco.

Nice stuff, guys! I went through my original art period a couple years back (when the money was more plentiful) but I spread it around with a number of different characters, if people are interested in seeing any non-Cap art too. __________________

WOW, those are really REALLY nice Atomic!
Awesome stuff!
For that SuperCon Wonder Woman piece, is that from recently, like 1-2 years ago?
I remember them having some kind of auction with Adam Hughes art, I had no idea it was you that won that, cool!
Wow you did that Jack Kirby tribute? Because that piece rocks!!! Did it get printed in the SDCC progrm that year?
Really awesome bro, wow I did not know you were an artist as well.
Wow WOW nice stuff all around, and that Jack Kirby tribute blows me away!

Thanks. Some of the artists above are lesser known but I was visiting some of the smaller cons and getting good deals to support the artists.
Yes, the Adam Hughes WW piece is from the Super Con auction a couple years ago. Hughes did the original pencils and then other artists would take a crack at inking it. So really, this is more Walden Wong on inks than Hughes since they all took the pencils from a blue line sketch or file. But I did have Hughes sign it (not seen on this scan). It was more affordable than an actual Adam Hughes con sketch, which is really just out of my price range. This one wasn't that high priced (for Hughes) so I threw my hand up there and won it. Very impulsive for me.
Thanks, yes, the Kirby art was printed in the SDCC Souvenir book for 2004. I haven't done one since but am hoping to get back to it this year with 2010's book deadline next month. Jon Cooke, who at the time was still editing COMIC BOOK ARTIST for TwoMorrows, liked the Kirby piece too and asked to run it in his magazine. So it pops up there too along with some of my convention photography in various magazines like ALTER EGO.
I can dig up more of my own art and post it if people are interested. I packed a lot of the art away a few years ago for personal reasons and am slowly, and unsuccessfully, trying to find the time to get back to it. __________________

I printed a 12" X 18" print of this at Costco.
It's the cover to Cap #286, then had Mike Zeck do a head sketch in the gun barrel......
