Hey Sam!! Yeah, I am psyched that I was able to own this book. The artist does all the Simpson comics. He recently did another cover swipe for the Wolverine "Weapon X" Hero Initiative covers. That is awesome Tim, damn...... And to think I have seen Bill Morrison MANY times here at cons in Cali, many times I have not once stopped to get a sketch because all I thought he could draw was the Simpsons. lol. Damn I won't make that mistake again!

Holy crap, ok who was it that won that 9.8 German reprint Cap #1!?!? Anyone here!?!? I was eyeing that all week, and it was sitting for 20 something dollars. Then BAM.... $142.50 + $20 shipping? You Tim!?!? Ha ha big surprise I guess...NOT! Sorry bro to hear it was you that lost it. The same happened to me a few days ago for another Mego Captain Americar! I was gonna put a bid in at the last second, I placed the bid....click...then it took me to the "please log in" page! WTF!!??!!? There was like 5 seconds left, and I WAS logged in!!! Anyways I said I needed to save some cash for cons, and I've been pretty good at doing that.... this week, lol. It's just sometimes that rare grail you've been looking for pops up and price seems right and you just gotta go for it. I tell you it stings a little when something like that happens, after all I WAS logged in already!?! That has never happened before. On a positive note, I saved some cash from buying that Americar, and you saved $160 from that 9.8 German reprint. Saving money is a good thing, right? ARGH.. who am I kidding, I rather have that Captain Americar!!!

Awesome Lilly Tim, WOWOWOWOW!!! That's the best Cap Lilly I have seen to date. One of these days I will get one myself. As for #601...that was you that won that!?!? LOL! Awesome!! I had that on my watch list, good thing I didn't go for it or else I would have unknowingly made you pay more for it, lol! Fast Track! Its an extra $8 a book but its the only way I will submit books now. This was a little faster then normal for some reason. I never thought of getting the 2 sketches on one book. Fast Track, Fast Track, I got it bro! You told me about it before, but I forgot to ask Dan for that. I just paid the straight fee Dan charged. Next time for sure, lol! Yeah I sent in a couple of sig only books, 321 & 323 I think. I also sent in my CGC 9.8 #300. I asked for (2) head sketches on that one, Cap & the Red Skull. I'm excited to see how that came out. Sweet that you are going to go for a Zeck blank cover sketch next time! Have you decided what you are going to ask Zeck to sketch? I asked for Cap for obvious reasons, but I gotta say I think his blank cover sketches for Punisher & Wolverine are pretty SWEET! They blow me away when I see them! What are you leaning towards if you get the opportunity for a Zeck sketch?

My grades are in for the books I submitted for the Zeck signing..... Captain America 300 9.6 Captain America 321 9.8 Captain America 323 9.4 Looks like I got a grade drop on my #300, the one I sent in was a 9.8. What's surprising is the 9.8 on my #321! I wasn't expecting that at all, I was thinking 9.4 or 9.6 at best. So yeah I'm super happy about that. Can't wait to see the Zeck double head sketch on issue #300! Dan also said he sent out my print, so I'm hoping to get that soon as well.
