Hey guys I just wanted to share some updated pictures of my Captain America collection.
The new items I just picked up last week is the 1:1 scale bust & Avengers #4.
Thanks to those who have shared collection photos with me in the past. I always enjoy seeing what gems others have collected over the years.

You got to tell me how to post pictures on this board. I got 2 Mego Captain America figures (One 12 inch and one 8 inch), a Special Barcelona Captain America, a Captain America Japanese coin bank, puppet, stretchable, ... all fun stuff and interesting to view.
I had a Captain America door mat, with that over-promoted Jack Kirby image, but the thing fell apart and I had to throw it out. Didn't get a picture of it.

Thanks IRON37, please post pictures as you build your collection.
It took me a while to build up my collection, just a little here and there.

Wow Vincent, those sound like some cool fun vintage items!
Was the door mat from around 1979?
I had a Marvel doormat at that time, but it was the Mighty Thor version. Like yours it eventually fell apart and got thrown out.
And to post pictures at this site you need a picture hosting site to host the picture.
Example: http://photobucket.com/
I believe they are free to use.
You can upload your picture, then it will give you a link for that picture.
You then should be able to use that link to post pictures anywhere on the Internet.

PS, A Transformers fan? I saw your Transformers special anniversary Dvd on your shelf.
I saw the movie back in 87 (I think that's when it came out), and I seem to be among a handful of people who actually saw Optimus Prime disintergate into dust. Is that in the Dvd somewhere? Did you see Prime turn to dust in the theatre?

I love your collection. As a matter of fact I envy your collection, mine isn`t quite that big. My one complaint though, come on man, DC stuff next to Cap, come on! Im just picking at you by the way, but seriously, DC? lol.

Vincent- Yes I am a Transfomer fan, and yes I did see the movie in theatres back in 1986.
I not only collect Cap but also have a whole bunch of G1 Transformers as well.
As for Prime turning into dust?
Not sure what you are talking about....
When he died in the Autobot medical room he turned gray with no color. I don't remember him turning to dust though?
Is there a different version out there?

oops I responded to Vincent but forgot about you Pingclang!
LOL Ha ha.
Yeah well...what can I really say about Cap next to DC, ha ha. I don't know bro...
I try to dedicate each section with a theme.
That is the DC shelf above Cap, but there are Marvel figures up there as well. You can't see them but they are to the left of the DC figures.
Here is an older picture I just happen to have available. I think it was taken last year, so some things might altered from the current pictures way above......

Well, I can understand a well kempt collection of figures. Since you`ve got all that Transformers stuff as well, I won`t dislike you. In all seriousness though, really awesome collection man, I am uber jealous, mine pales in comparison.

Thanks man!
And hey even if your collection "pales in comparison" as you say, post some pics bro!
I truly do enjoy seeing and sharing pictures of other Cap collections.
I post pics here because we all have a common passion....Cap! You guys here might actually appreciate a Cap collection that I have to show.
Here at home my wife, friends, family all think I'm a nut for collecting this stuff. If I show them anything it would be "yeah yeah.... hey nice weather today!"
So I'm glad this message board is here and we can all talk & share things about Cap.
Even if your collection is small, if you take the time to take the pictures...I'm very interested in seeing them buddy!

I may try that if I get a camera. You have the same problem as me though. Most people don`t understand my passion for comics so I totally understand where you`re coming from. Most people say its cool and walk away, lol. That or they ask how much my center piece cost.

Sucks for me, I don't have that many figures of Cap...
or Hulk, or Spidy, or Wolverine...
But still, I have about 20 T shirts of him in my clothes drawer.
Anyway, all you guys have amazing figures!
That's something.

Lets see the tee shirts. I use to wear them to work. The Alien tees scared a lot of ladies. People thought my Cap tees was Superman. I got a lot of response from the girl in a bikini on a bike, I kept telling them I bought it for the motorcycle.

PS, it's the Essential Captain America, Vol. 1 (Marvel Essentials), there's four of them.
If you want to see for yourself go to Amazon and search "Captain America Book".

Some of the new things I've added is..

2. Sideshow Legendary Scale Bust
3. Hasbro 3.75 Ultimate Cap figure
4. Hasbro 3.75 Secret Wars Cap figure
5. 1999 Previews Exclusive Cap figure
6. Previews Exclusive America Dream figure
7. A 1966 collectors Pin
I think that's it for now.....
