There probably could be verbal references, mentions of super soldiers etc. But these properties are closely guarded, and they don't want either over saturation or noncanonical references that disrupt other planned work.
That even happens in the books.
There is the possibility that something can be worked out, but since I belive paramount has the distribution on Cap, there is little reason for Fox to promote someone elses blockbuster that will likely competeing with their own (Maybe Spiderman 4?)
Yes, Cap and Wolverine in a side by side is perfect, especially if (as has been done) they explore Logan as a Canadian Secret Agent during WWII. But, I think it's much more likely you'll see a run in with Magneto or Charles Xavier then with Cap. Now, what you might see, and this is where there is wiggle room in this. If as Wolverine gets off the boat you see the blond soldier next to him is Named Rogers, and the younger soldier next to him is named Barnes, that might be a little bone to toss to the fans. But something like that would be noncanonical with the eventual Cap Movie, and for fear that such an action would result in legal action either against the Wolverine Film or against the Captain America film things like that might just be skipped.
You are probably more likely to see a young Ben Parker, or a somber soldier named Wayne then you are to see Cap.
It would be ten kinds of cool if he was there, but I'm not holding out much hope. We're just going to have to wait for the next Marvel Studios film to get the next Cap Easter Egg.
