Incredible Hulk was BAD ASS!!!!!

Lots of references to Cap, and Marvel in general, which I won't list yet, to keep a few suprises for those who haven't seen it yet.  Keep your eyes open for all the side bits that you know are there.  The only head's ups that I will give you is that Stan's appearance is vital to the plot of the movie, and that you don't need to stay to the end of the credits like you did with Iron Man.  Enjoy!

Thanks. Just pumped iron, now going to go see it with my "hulk" pump on.

The best Hulk movie would feature the old Grey Hulk when he separated from puny Banner and was muscle for a Vegas loan shark. He chased skirt and gambled.  Not sure if he drank but his healing factor would probably cancel the effects of alcohol any way.  That would make a kick butt Hulk movie. I think he fought some evil doers at the same time to.

I watched the Incredible Hulk last night at the theater. I loved it. I'd never even been a Hulk fan before and I absolutely loved it. All the nods to Captain America just amped me up for the eventual Avengers movie.

Yeah, the Hulk movie was fantastic. I loved the fight scene at the end, and the part where he yells those two famous words, "HULK SMASH!"

I loved it too. I'm a big Hulk fan from the old green Hulk smash days. To me that's the real Hulk. The Hulk hasn't been the same since Peter David took over. I don't like the grey hulk, or the smart green hulk, or the angry smart green hulk of late. I just want the good old Hulk smash with the brain of a 10 year old back. This movie Hulk was the real deal to me.

The Hulk movie and Indiana Jones were my top two favorite movies this summer. Batman and Iron Man were good, but Indy and Hulk I had a lot of good old fashioned fun watching.

Journey to the Center of the Earth was a lot of fun to see in 3D too. That one was like an amusement park ride.

I haven't seen Journey to the Center of the Earth yet, or Batman. But I agree, Indiana Jones and Hulk were both very good. I heard they're going to do yet another rewrite for the Hulk movie.

Where did you hear that at? That would be strange if they did another reboot so soon.

I heard it at Comic Book Movie. They said that the rewrite went so well, that Marvel considering doing the same thing not only to Hulk, but also to Daredevil, Ghost Rider, and Spider-Man. Also, DC is thinking about rewriting Superman as well.

I didn't know there was already another DD movie in the works.

They should leave Ghost Rider alone.

Doing another rewrite has been considered, but I don't know if its been confirmed or not (I should have clarified that earlier), but right now we may not even get another Hulk movie. i read that it didn't make enough money at the box office.

They are making another Spidey film, but do we really know for sure its going to be Spider-Man 4, or just a fourth film about Spidey? It could be a rewrite, I don't know, because there's speculation other actors are being considered.

There ARE going to make it, its just all planned out in the years, you know Thor 2010, Cap 2011, Avengers 2011.

Here's proof:

Just because IMDB has a page about it does not constitute proof.  They had a page up for Captain America (2009) up until the announcement was made for First Avenger: Captain America (2011).  Literally, the day before.  I believe you can actually still access the page, really.  Doesn't make it true.  There are/were also IMDB pages for Black Panther, Silver Surfer, a Namor Trilogy, and many more.  So far, nada.

Don't believe it 'til you see it, folks.

Ummm,ok, so you expect to have movies out right away? Alright then, I read in 2002 they started making Ghost Rider, it came out 2007, it took 5 years to make that movie, Ideas pop up, Cap was one of the first Marvel TV shows, that show was a hit. They have been moving movies around for a long time, X-men and Spder Man came up, they don't have movies, they are having the heroes who don't have movies come first. BITE ME. Movies take time.
Your saying we have been throwing off suggestions for 2 years for nothing? You can BITE ME on that one to.

All he said was that an IMDB page does not constitute proof of anything. It can be a useful reference, sure, but it's often off-base when movies are still in the early stages.

Exactly.  I know that making movies takes time, so don't act like I'm some lunatic who requires them to come out next week if they're announced today.  However, shit happens in Hollywood.  Scripts get re-written over and over, directors change, stars change, and occasionally (say it ain't so!) movies get shitcanned.  I'm not saying that'll happen with Spider-Man 4.  I'm not saying it'll happen with X-Men 4 or Cap or anything specific.  I am saying that the Tim Burton Superman movie?  Shitcanned.  The James Cameron Spider-Man movie?  Shitcanned.  Wesley Snipes as the Black Panther?  Fat fucking chance.

I am not saying anything bad about you by you repeating what you've read on the internet.  What I AM saying is do not get your hopes set to one particular thing you read on the internet, like I did when I read that Cap was coming out in 2009.  Now that it's on an actual production timeline, we know it'll actually be 2011, assuming it doesn't get pushed back, and all the people I told "wait 'til Cap in 2009" can laugh in my face because I repeated what I read on the internet.  I'm trying to tell you not to get your hopes up, 'cause they may change shit on you and you'll look and feel like a jackass, just like I did.

Bite me for trying to help, jackass.
