I saw a whole bunch of news on http://www.marvel.com/ That Cap is a legend and you can't kill a legend. Code: Captain America dying is a story. not legend. Joe simon said nothing about killing him off. This is why someone told me the news. he will be brought back in september 2007. the piont is he is a legend. Ed Braubker thinks he's a story.
