I was just watching Fox news and they are going on and on and on about Imus getting fired. I barely heard of the guy till this. I think I saw him like a few months ago and thought he was just some old guy from the 60's talking about nothing.

Anyway from what I've heard Jackson and Sharpton got him fired for his racist comments, but each one of these guys have their own history of racist comments toward the Jewish community. Funny nobody fired them.

Imus did nothing wrong...Oh, wait he wasn't PC. Sharkton and Hijackson are the real criminals.

I think Imus' comment was best described as rude, but to hear the circus around it you'd think he shot somebody. It has been taken way too far, even the basketball coach of the team he was talking about, said to leave the man alone.

Meh. I dont listen to him or any OTHER so-called "shock jocks"...so it doesnt matter to me if he's on the air or not....

Well I don't care if he's on the air really, it's just  the magnitude of press coverage he's gotten for one little sentence about a basketball team. It's amazing how far political correctness has gone. What's bad is how some people can get away with saying similiar things and others can't. Seems to be a little unequal there.

But yeah, I barely even heard of the guy before this. It just ain't my type of radio. I listen to Rush sometimes, and a local news fella every now and again but other than that it's music on the radio or some ministries through oneplace.com.
