Since Captain America is the head of US security, shouldn't he have a staff?  Sharon can't be alone in helping Cap with his paper work, appointments with the president and coordinating things with Nick Fury.

This is a great opportunity to develop the 'Supporting characters' in stories and adventures, ...Spidey has (or had) the greatest supporting cast, Flash, MJ, Aunt May, Jameson, Betty, etc.

Chance for them to bring back Free Spirit or some of those people that helped in the Avengers security back in the early 90s.

Cap has the same basic staff that Nick Fury Had, dozens of SHIELD paper pushers and accountants, and a couple of trusted aids (Sharon, Maria Hill, Victoria Hand)  I do wonder if he still has his hotline active, and if that staff has been rolled into th enew Shield or not.

Yeah they should definitely have a staff.

With a staff, Marvel could dump Jim Hammond, the original or that Golden age Human Torch, here, so he could linger in the Marvel U until someone thinks up some good use for this character.

Secret Avengers just killed/shut the Torch down, just after he was ressurrected in that long winded Invaders and the Torch maxi-series.

Killed after the short-lived Namor runned New Invaders series.

Shut down after giving blood to ressurrect Spitfire in that 90s Namor comic series.

Killed so the Vision could live after Ultron modified his body in an Avengers book.

Shut down by Quasimodo after fighting Johnny Storm the FF Human Torch in that 60s Fantastic Four annual.

Given what the writers, artist and editors do this character, ...should've let him stay dead.
