I see that thumbs down for Ant-Man. What is Marvel's deal with this movie? Maybe if it was Giant-Man I would understand, but a guy that shrinks as a stand alone movie. That's really pushing it now.

Yeah I know I suppose it could be cool if the story was really good but the Incredible Shrinking man, woman, and children has already been done.

I bet it will, if not why even have it on the list? They already have Avengers in animation with the Ultimate Avengers movies. Why do you think they got the filming rights for Iron Man, Thor and Hulk back? Not to mention this whole Ant-man fiasco. Marvel has something big planned for the furture. I put money on it. I'm sure Marvel saw great potential for a live action Avengers film with UA and UA2. I know I did. Somebody else mentioned how awesome it would be if they started an Avengers movie the Avengers verses the Hulk scene. That alone would make the movie a huge success. Just imagine Hulk and Thor kicking the crap out of each other on the big screen.

Yeah, I'd love to see that one.

I just thought of this. Maybe they are only doing an Ant-man movie to get ready for the Avengers movie. I mean, wasn't it Pym who first got small, then figured if he could shrink, why couldn't he grow super tall? I don't know about Ant-man, but I loved Giant-man in UA. That would be cool if they used the same character from the Ant-man movie (rumored to be Scott Lang) and used him again, but as Giant Man in the live action Avengers. This not exactly out of the box thinking, but I'm just hoping for good movies all around, including Ant-man. I don't want to see anymore Marvel flops like Electra.

yeah, but I actually liked Elektra. It wasn't the greatest in the world I suppose but I liked it ok. Ant Man would have to have a good script and effects for me to get into it.

I guess being a fan of the old Frank Miller Daredevil books got me into Elektra and Daredevil movies, but I've never really liked Ant Man. Giant Man is ok, but he's not a character that's really stood out to me.

they already made a Nick Fury movie in the 80's or 90's
