Disgraceful and pathetic. Makes me a little angry, but whatever. I wonder if the called it Captain America in honor of Peter Fondas character in Easy Rider which makes more sense.

That would make sense but probably not. I saw someone post this article on another site and include a shot of the seized pot with Cap and other superhero images on it (if the photo was legit). Criminals going to do whatever they are going to do regardless of respect, I guess.
