That is one amazing cover. Love McNiven's art and he does Cap justice. Loved #1.

I feel you Spidercents, I am so amped up to go see Cap at Midnight! I feel like i've been waiting my whole life too. That 1990 film was okay because it was the only thing that us Cap fans really had, despite how terrible that movie is. So this is just a good breath of fresh air. Its such a cool thing to go around and see Cap advertisements and merchandise all over the place!

Its crazy to me to hear my parents and people who don't read comics or even care about them, talking about Cap. My dad, who thinks I'm a space alien for still reading comics at my age, actually asked me to tell him about the character so if he decided to go see it with me, he might understand what he was seeing. Kinda makes me excited, being a veteran fan and watching people who at first wouldn't try it, giving Cap a chance. My Thor buddy, ONLY reads Thor books, borrowed and read all my 04-present trades and subscribed to the new series and loves the stuff. Awesome to see.

People always come up to me to ask about captain america because of my tattoo and i always engage them by telling them the story of the character and many people just have no idea. So this will be really cool for everyone to learn this story and to understand why us cap fans are so enthusiastic about our star spangled Avenger.

I love that the showing I went to was nearly if not copletely sold out even without being 3d. Like many of you I've been waiting forever for a movie that could do justice to Cap. I really like that it made a big deal that there is something more fundamental to Cap's essence than the super soldier serum.

It came out a week or two ago. I was able to find the white sketch cover and movie covers last night

I ran around some yesterday trying to find the white sketch variant and movie variant and saw bunches of the regular cover. With the movie being released this weekend, I am sure it will be all over the place.
