Any guesses what Stan Lee's cameo in the Cap movie is going to be?

He could be that elderly person that ask for the secret password from the agents at the curio shop in the origin story.
A soldier charging through the battlefield?
A guy on the streets of 1940 New York.
A janitor in the secret lab.
A buddy of Erskine.

I bet it's

A janitor in the secret lab.

I agree with Atomic99, i think Stan Lee is going to be an Army Officer watching the super soldier procedure.

I read in one interview, Stan Lee was interested in playing a badguy in a cameo appearance.  That would be interesting to see.

We should all make guesses and see what cameo scene Lee would make in the movie.  Hopefully it'll be a surprise, interesting and funny.

Can't see Stan wanting to play a military officer.  How about the Red Skull's father?!!  That would be sureally ironic wouldn't it?

That would be interesting.

I had heard officially Stan only makes cameo's in films of characters that he had created, and as such wouldn't be in the Cap film as that was on character he didn't create.

Generally speaking if Stan is in a film he'll be in a non speaking role, only in the FF did he have lines (first as Willie Lumpkin, then as himself at the wedding of Reed and Sue) beyond that he's usually a hot dog vendor, or a random citizen.

All that said, a good role for Stan in the Avengers film (when Cap comes back ) would be as an old WWII buddy Cap seeks out to be with folks from his own time, or even just a guy in the background at the VA.

As to the Cap Movie itself if they were to put Stan in it,Personally, I always wanted to see a scene where a pre serum Steve Rogers tries to get a job at Timely and being rejected as too controversial (I'd always imagined him having some familiar artwork in his portfolio depicting a patriotic hero punching out Hitler)playing the cantakerous old editor would be a great job for Lee.

Of course I doubt we're going to get that much back story on Steve, so that puts you back to hot dog vendor.  A good spot there to highlight the outrageous prices of the 1940's with 2 cents for a hot dog (three if you want onions).

Stan Lee didn't create any of those characters in that NBC show, Heroes, but he did pop up as a bus driver.  I thought it was great to see him.
Cap comics was one of his first comic book writing job, Lee written a text page so the book would get cheap mail distribution.

Anyway, wouldn't it be cool if Stan Lee popped up in a Batman or Superman movie?  He did pen their books years ago in that Stan Lee written series.

Sure Stan Lee can do a cameo in any film, it was more or less just an issue of official statements (made a couple years ago and possibly since abandoned) about when a marvel production would put in a Stan Lee cameo.  Given that at that time I think there might have been some tension with Stan and Marvel, that have since been resolved, so what the heck he might be in there.

I strikes, me in Iron Man two playing Larry King, he had some lines too, so what the heck he might be in there in a big spot.

Anyway, I think likely the best role for Stan is for him to be in the framing sequence as a old soldier who had his life saved cap back during the war.  Really aside from maybe hence scientist he's probably a little old ot be believable as an active military man.  Heck if they do follow the Ulitmates line, maybe he can be the elderly Bucky cap meets upon waking up.

Janitor would be best.
