It's about America finding out that Bucky/Cap was a Soviet spy called the Winter Soldier and Bucky having to face that evidence in court. I read this and I thought what GREAT TIMING with news of the spy exchange last week. Like the storyarc that had Lukin ruining the American economy, going on with the recession in real life. Stuff like this makes Captain America relevant and needed.

I normally don't like "...on trial" stories, especially on TV. But this could be good. Would the American public really want an ex-Soviet assassin/spy wearing the Red, White, and Blue who is dating an ex-Russian spy? Maybe this will be how they lead into Bucky giving the shield back to Steve, eventually. Eventually that has to happen. I just hope Bucky sticks around and maintains a good role in the Avengers.

They'll probably do the same thing they did with Iron Man; that being making him a hero in time for the movie. One year before Iron Man came out, he was the main villain in the Civil War storyline. It would create a need to have Steve return as Cap, which would be cool, though I've grown to like Bucky as Cap.

I agree that this is how they will lead into Steve becoming Cap again. I do like Bucky as Cap, but not as much as Steve. They need to give Buck his own character and give the shield back to Steve. I would like to see Bucky remain a solid member of the Avengers but with his own personality.

That would absolutely make my day. I hope it does lead into Steve`s return to the helm but i`m figuring more on it being a chance for Bucky to have a chance to shine. I like Bucky and all but Steve needs to come back but just like S&A said, I would like Bucky to have some kind of role.
