Apparently, in a cost-cutting move, Marvel Studios is pulling out of any LA shooting of the Cap movie because they can get a better deal with the taxes shooting all of it in London.....

Does this matter to anyone? Is it a non-issue?

Many thought only an American should play Cap. Does that apply to where it is shot as well?

Nah it doesn't matter to me.
I mean it sucks that they have to move everything because of California's high tax rate, but whatevers guys just use the money saved to make the movie even better.
Make the movie good, and no one should really even care about where it's filmed.

I'm glad to read they are spending 140 million of this. I hope they make a good period piece out of it.

Aside from his transformation from Steve Rogers to Captain America, I really don't care if they shoot all this in Europe. Most of the movie will be set there anyhow so think this could be a good thing.

Hmm, maybe those tea partiers have a point.

Doesn't bother me. Economic protectionism is a fraud, I'm not a yank, and it's a WW2 piece.

This economy...where's Teddy Rosevelt when you need him?

Look at the Laffer curve.  When you raise taxes, they go elsewhere.  Would you rather make 10% of whatever or 0%?   Stupidity reigns.  Look at Greece - dying nation.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jg0pDPK56Ys  Liberals should hate this like conservatives hate preachers getting nailed for sex scandals.
